This is a view from one of my walking routes, along the Salmon River in Gustavus. I painted it in February before going to Florida to visit relatives
and have cataract surgery. When I came home in March it looked a lot
different than I remembered..... everything did.... and I adjusted some
of the color and found a lot of things to fix. Since the surgery things
are much brighter.... I squint now looking out the window at our snow
covered field. Colors are more vivid; most amazing are blues.
